After over a decade of experience in property management, construction, renovations, investor flips, and water damage restoration, Jeff obtained his own contractors license to better serve our clients in St Petersburg, Gulfport, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Madeira Beach and other municipalities in Pinellas County, Florida.
Jeff and his team have renovated over 100 properties, and even built several from the ground up, to include demolition and new construction of single family homes and apartments in St Petersburg.
From planning, to design, to permitting, to managing and scheduling subcontractors and trades, to final inspections and certificates of occupancy, Jeff is extremely well-versed in dealing with our local municipalities on construction management and permitting issues, while Claire lends her keen eye to the interior design and astethic appeal of projects.
